I have read that there are less than 100 True Ghia Jolly's around currently, but an Argentina company has made upwards of 1500 or more "replicas". Does anyone know how to tell the difference between the real and the replica?

Real Jolly or Fake....
Firstly.. history.....
All cars have a history so you need to check it out....
Jolly's suddenly appear discovered... immaculately restored from a barn or a private collection......
Amazing.....

So.. to start.. download and save every image of a Jolly that Google Images will present you with, visit every auction site (real auction houses not Fleabay) at has ever sold a Jolly see what images and info they have about the cars they have sold.....

Then look at all the images armed with this information....

I don't profess to be an expert but if you are looking at buying one I can provide a good idea if it's a real one....

already am visiting sports car market for past auction results, i am on an appraisal assignment for one at the moment. it appears to look like a 1959 600, it is hard to figure out the serial but i believe it to be 59 based on my research. 100-Six Four One Zero Seven Seven

It also appears that the back seat area on some of the 59-60's are rounded and some are straight? Does that have anything to do with U.S versions or non? Ghia made or non Ghia?
