I use NGK BP6HS plugs in my standard 500F engine and am very happy with them.
Ric,
.... and just for fun (it's a quiet afternoon here on the coast) here are some photos showing the NGK plugs from the inside.
The head is the knackered 'spare' from a 650 engine that I was given.
I would think that the 500 looks functionally the same.

I need a new head for my Giardiniera...it's been at least 8 months now. It's tough to find parts for the side-ways mounted motor in the wagons.
Are you guys using this plug? Mr. Fiat.com sells this NGK for the 500, but I’ve never seen a plug like this…..check out my pic please. Thanks!Hi Ric,
I use NGK BP6HS plugs in my standard 500F engine and am very happy with them. Goldilocks plugs - not too hot, not too cold
Chris
Those are very similar to the plug style found in 2 stroke mercury outboard engines. Flat electrode and no adjustable spark gap.Are you guys using this plug? Mr. Fiat.com sells this NGK for the 500, but I’ve never seen a plug like this…..check out my pic please. Thanks!
