hello, my 500's engine cuts out whilst I am driving, my mechanic has gone through all possible problems but now thinks it could be a fualty ignition barrel/switch, we also noticed that the ignition key becomes very hot after a drive especially when the lights are used, has any one come across this situation, apparently all the current must flow through that ignition barrel and if its faulty it can stop the engine?????
