I just installed a new Weber 28 Carbie in my 650cc engine. Its working great the issue Im having is simple. Where do I attach the return fuel hose! I have gas everywhere I mean it! My old weber carb must have been cloged. I was thinking to return it back to the fuel pump. Is this safe?

The carbies on the later model 650s (Niki 650 in Australia, Fiat 126 elsewhere) had a return for excess fuel. The tank sender unit had an inlet for the returned fuel as well as the usual outlet for fuel to the pump. Get yourself a later model fuel sender and run some piping from the carby return line to the inlet and your problem should be solved. The later model senders also had an electrical connection for a gauge as well as just a low fuel warning light. I've attached a photo.
