Hi lads

I've a 126 engine from a 1988 car.

Bought it on line,but when I got it there were no electrics.

So I'm looking for coil,crank sensor,ecu/ignition module,engine bay loom.


To be honest I need everything to make engine run electricley

Let me know if there is anyone out there that can help

If that is an engine that has no distributor then it will be Polish and later than 1988. Think that you have got your work cut out there but there are some Polish guys on the club126uk forum who may be able to help you.

yes i think it did come from poland a while back.

Unfortunately a few people have been caught out buying what seem like cheap engines from Poland for a 126 or to pep up a 500 but unless you get all the kit then it can get very expensive. If the engine is very sound you could also consider getting an earlier crankcase and swopping the parts but again not cheap as you will need to replace the camshaft and get a distributor etc

hi,its a friend i have,he has a 71' 500.

i do all the work on it for him,he was the 1 that bought the 126 polish engine

it seems good,compession etc,its just that it looks like it was just cut out of the car
