Hello everyone,

My car is in MINT condition. It's a 1981 Fiat Spider 2000, 50th Anniversary Edition, #366 of 1000, Pininfarina. Here is my problem:

The emmission decals, weight tag on the inner driver's door, catalytic converter sticker under the hood, etc. are fading and/or peeling off. I'm looking for a company that would be able to recreate these so that I can make the car look as original as possible.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know of a company that fabricates decals, badges, ID tags, etc? I know they are out there (somewhere)!

Thanks in advance for the help and I look forward to sharing my FIAT challenges with everyone, and hopefully I will be of some assistance as well.

Not that technically advanced with Photo Shop, which is why I asked. If I could do it myself, I wouldn't waste my time looking for a company to do it for me. :bang:

I've seen repro 'under bonnet' ('under hood' for the USA ;) ) badges/ stickers advertised before. I know that Classic Ford magazine had sets for old Fords advertised in their magazine, but you might find some in Practical Classics magazine that I know is available in the States.

Have a look in the adverts in Practical Classics as I'm sure you'll find a company that can help. (y)

Problem with the Fiat Forum is there aren't that many really old classic Fiats on here, and most people aren't restoring them hence little knowledge in such details :(

EDIT: Forgot to say 'Welcome to the Forum'!

they used to be in an industrial estate in north west london, as well as alfas did all teh classic fiats and lancias too, last time i was in there ( about 4 years ago) they had display cabinets groaning with chrome bits, decals, etc etc for the classics,

Did you change the color from gold to red? I was under the impression that all of the anniversary Spiders were gold?
