Trying to figure out how to remove and replace the Shaft seal at the bellhousing. I have the bellhousing removed.

There’s a space with two tabs that looks like I could pry it with a screwdriver but I’m not sure and don’t want to damage it. The piece I’m talking about lies right under the thrust washer.

Any suggestions?
