General Does this seem Right (1971 SPider)?

Hi All. Total newbie here. Hoping to buy my very first classic and am looking at the Spider 124. I came across this 1971 one, please see pics.

Can you please give me your thoughts based on what you see in the pictures? It looks like the hood and trunk have been replaced. Other than that, is this one I should stay away from?

It may be a great car, but I can't really say just looking at the pics. However, it's been customized quite a lot, so it barely passes as a 124 in my view of things. I think it loses some value because it is so far from stock.

The rear end is quite different to how I remember them, so a very careful inspection is necessary.
Engine bay looks OK, although ait filter is not original. Dynamat under the hood is a nice touch, might suggest the rest has been done with care.

I'd suggest you browse the 'net and look at as many pics as possible for comparison. Then go see and ask lots of questions.
Whilst browsing, also look at prices. My thoughts are that this one is worth a lot less than a standard one.
