My 81 spider 2000 that I'm rebuilding had no ground triggering on the injectors.
I've gone thru 3 diagnostic manuals two from Artigue and one from wcmotors.com fiat secition. The last had excellent description test points on the dual relay. I've checked temp, TPS, AUX air sensors and wiring from them to the ecu. The air flow meter and tach signal test fine. Fuel pump and cold injection are working fine. Cold injector sprays properly and is enough to make the engine pop a little. The dual relay tested fine. I've gone thru all the wiring testing points on the ecu connector. All test correct. I decided the ecu was bad and bought a used replacement not expecting much for the $140 price paid. It did give a weak ground trigger but not enough to spray the injectors (sad face). Guess I'll return it and try a more pricey ecu from a store and not an auction. I brought the car out of storage after 15 years, rebuilt the engine, did bodywork and paint work and am getting close, so close to the road.
