I am trying to rebuild a 73 124 that I was given, but the car has been apart since 1987 and has moved 4 times since then. What I need is pictures of the inner fenders so I can see were everything bolts on. There is also a bracket that has been cut off on the right fender behind the battery box?

Any information would be appreciated.

I have pictures of an 81 Spider, inside which can't be too much different from yours. I'm thinking the bracket that has been cut off is simply used to hold wires. Are you referring to the wheel well where it's at or the engine bay?

The battery in a 73 is on the right front fender under the hood. I have a 79 for a parts car and it is of no help at all, Fiat seems to have made changes every year and every time they changed the motor.

That's right, I forgot about that darn battery being there in earlier models. Sorry I can't help any further mgbgtn.
