OK I joined this forum to help a friend out with his 1980 fiat pinninfarina spider 2000. First on the agenda is help with the fuse box. How do you tell what fuse goes with what? Does anyone have a diagram? This leads to our next issue. We are replacing the radio and noticed the red wire was not even attached to the fuse box. Does anyone have any photos, links or specs on the wires and any HOW-TO's on getting it done. I would appreciate any help on these issues or direct links to anything 1980 fiat pinninfarina spider 2000.

Hi, Welcome to the FF.

Here's a 1980 Spider wiring diagram and a seperate page that shows fuse designations.

The fusebox is not shown seperately but divided up into it's relevant sections throughout the various system's pages.

I don't think the Spider was fitted with a radio as standard so whoever installed it could have wired it either to a permanent 12v +ve or an ignition switched supply. Early Fiats of that era never had an accessory position on the ignition switch.
