I've lost one of my keys:mad:
Anyone else had to get a replacement? Whats the cost from Fiat? Can a second hand one be reprogrammed?
Any advice appreciated

TIA
Steve

Hi

Generally its around the £250 to £350 mark.. from a dealer

Around half that if you drive to an autolocksmith

Or DIY : supply a used key from a breaker..and get the locksmith to fit new blade and chip.. then code to car.. could be @£100

Basic 'service' key can be £60/£80
ponsaloti will know more :)

Thanks for the info. Currently local dealer is only open for 'key' workers (no pun intended!). I'll try the locksmith I used previously after I smashed the transponder chip in the only key I had for a Punto. At least I have a spare this time!

Pleased to report, I found the missing key :):) - well to be correct, my wife found it.
Thanks to all for the advice - I'll be more careful in future (if I keep it...)
