| Access to front wing to remove a radio aerial Hi All, A previous owner has installed a radio aerial in the nearside front wing approx 15cm from the bonnet leading edge. There's a 15mm diameter hole drilled through the top surface of the wing and the aerial was obviously installed from underneath the wing. How can I access this space to remove/replace the aerial?

| Re: Access to front wing to remove a radio aerial Sounds like that's the area where the headlight motor is - open the bonnet and you'll see a removable flap just behind the headlight pod. If you remove this you should see the aerial in there. Why DO people drill holes in such weird places for aerials and stuff

| Re: Access to front wing to remove a radio aerial Sorry for the blue, but I meant the other end of the bonnet, i.e. where it meets the windscreen. I can't find any way into the void space from below. Can you access it from the wheel arch?

| Re: Access to front wing to remove a radio aerial Your right in assuming its the wheel arch area. You will have to remove the wheel arch liner, if its still fitted. Its held on by 4 or 5 tiny self tapping screws.
