Broken glovebox hinge 88 bertone

Hi, Just wondering if anyone can lend some advice on whether I should fix glovebox lid, or can it be replaced?

Re: Broken glovebox hinge 88 bertone

Another post about my 'ex'...

Has the lid come away completely? It never did open very far... did someone try to open it further?

You can probably effect a repair by taking the furry bit of the glovebox out, then removing the hinges and fastening together with rivetted aluminium and epoxy resin. Note: I never had to do this, so I presume it's still original.

Cheers,
-Alex

Hi again, the lid is still on, but the lh hinge is slightly stuffed, wont close properly, not sure how it happened.
