Or missing? The fuel pump now sits where that fan was.

Insulating the lines has solved the problem, runs great now!

Good idea! I have not heard of that approach! The carb cooling fan is funny. It sounds like a hairdryer and cools the carb down a little but usually after its got too hot in my experience. Usually when you switch engine off for a few mins and try and restart like after buying petrol...

Any photos of the car JJ?

The car's been an absolute blast. Went to the NEC on Saturday for the practical classics and it never missed a beat. Overtaking on the motorway now a very easy task ;-)

Very good oil pressure too now that I have a working gauge, 60 psi when warm :-D

A few shots from yesterday evening...

Looks brilliant! Ther colour works really well with the gold wheels and suits the interior. Paint looks really good too. All that time and effort have paid off!

Only thing I would add is some lower sports springs ☺

I know what you mean, but the car wouldn't be on the road if it wasn't for Guy and his shocks so I'll keep them for the time being I think - very classic!

i have X19 Cromodora wheels fitted on my Panda as i like the style of them:)
