(one years work continued)

Decided it was time to tackle the roof bar I knew it had been welded up before, basically it had been hammered down so that they could close the gap from the rot that they cut out then tacked up.

This is what I was confronted with so had to make a repair section for the internal box then make a outer skin that unfortunately didn't turn out perfect but it will be close enough with a thin skim of filler on it (better than the 3/4" that was on it!)

Repaired crash damage to rear near side wing hammered out the worst over the wheel arch (pain to get to) and replaced rear corner with fresh steel, theres now no where deeper than 2mm for filling so reasonably happy just a little more work to do probably another nights work.

wish I lived somewhere I could crank up the grinder late at night :)

and it would take me about 3 weeks to do that!
