I have a 1979 x19 carburated and with the 1.3 engine. I recently pulled the engine out to clean it and replaced the top most seal, the cam cover seal. otherwise i did not open the engine or remove anything. I labled every wire except for the spark plug leads and didnt lable the wires to the starter motor. Right now the engine turns over but doesnt spark. it gets fuel and we have seen spark in at the spark plugs and the coil to the dist. The voltage before the resistor was 12 and after was 5 V. our guess was that the leads were not in the right order but we have tried 1-3-4-2 and it still doesnt catch. Does anyone see what I have missed?
