I recently replaced front calipers, brake master cylinder and brake fluid (dot 5.1). I also fitted stainless brake lines. I am noticing that occassionally, and mainly when pushing the car hard through a winding section, that the brakes are not fully releasing. They come right after a short period, mainly of straight travel or a short stop. As a result I'm not sure if its all the brakes or just front or rears.

Appreciate it if anyone has experienced anything similar and knows where to look.

Odds are that the calliper is sticking on the floating slider. Mine used to do this and to keep it in proper working condition I had to clean and re-grease the frame and wedges every couple of months.

If it was the piston sticking it typically wouldn't release after a while, only once the pad had worn down and then it would do it again as soon as you used the brakes.
