Electric Windows

Hey,
I've been looking to get another X1/9, had to have a punto after the old X blew a cylinder valve and caused some pretty serious engine damage.
But the car i've been looking at is an '82,
this means no electric windows, which may be a good thing as old ones were rubbish. But it's still nice to have them so my plan was to stick my own motors in and just use with the cable thats there, reckon it'll work
