Brake work.... yum yum

Hi all... So im getting into my brake work on my 78 x1/9. Shes been sitting for 16 years now (Think its due?!) When i first got the car it had no pressure in the pedal at all. So I have new rotors and pads, still looking for calipers. Also I purchased a new master cylinder. I have never replaced a MC before, and my haynes manual is kinda vague. If anyone has any hints or tips that might make this go a little easier please let me know.
1 more thing... do these seats unbolt or slide off there track... figuring I will remove drivers seat for MC teardown and install.
Thanks everyone
Jason
