VIN Location Question.

Ok, so first off, I just cannot find the VIN number... I must be blind. Second off, I have this friend, lets call him Ricky Bobby. Ricky cannot get ahold of the original owner to get the title transfered (original intent was to use the car for auto-x, as was the previous owner). So he's going to pull off whatever part of the car the VIN is attached to, and replace it with a junker x1/9's VIN with a legit title (No Harm Done). What part is this located on? Thank ya.
