(G) latest on the mk2 project

put my intercooler off the skyline on the uno yesterday, its massive, will get pics up when i can, dunk has seen it on my camera,

Not realy my cup ole tea!! I'm looking at a front mount soon but going down the same route as martins orange UT looks the tiits!! fits perfectly following the lines of the car, fits nice and snug, where are you going to put the number plate spray it on the cooler! better watch the chavvers dont pinch it when your asleep He he! or kick it in! but you like it and thats what counts Ant!

got the numberplate stuck on the bonet now,
it has been put streigt since pic too and pipes will be changed, yup it is a bit in your face but nothing compared to my last uno.
gotta be done for big power tho

You could have the IC pipes welded to it so the samco's attached behind the bumper so chavs could not nick it.

If i was a theiving git (which i am not!) i would look at that and think my luck was in!

Dont wana sound rude but I dont like that i/c at all (sorry) looks way too big and the bumper even looks bent... take it off or spray it matt black mate!!!! If you dont... surely some chav will see it and steal it anyway as tom says!!

Another pic, i havn't seen a better fitting cooler ever, i dont know about lame? and it was well up to the job as it handled over 230 bhp, and without upsetting the aerodynamics of the sleek mk2 front. I can get a pace intercooler off a 350 saab from a friend who i got the t25 off, but its obese far to big, so wont be going down that route, Its all about the lines of the car, BEAUTIFUL!!!!! bumper is bent as its not cut out enough and touches the sides of the cooler, its a spare bumper anyway ant the original bumper is still mint and i wont be cutting it. that bumper will be streight when i have finished putting it on properly,
to be honest i love it and it looks better in real life than that pic,

that orange uno when i saw it had a intercooler that wasnt connected on the front and a rollcage that didnt go down to the floor in the back as it was made for another car??? nice tho

edit; its bolted at the top so cant be stolen;-)
