Just ordered my new Mutant Head unit 4x50w
just need amp and some new 6" speakers for parcel shelf and im ready.
I did some work today, got no where with the back box today as ran out of welding gas.
But i got white dials fitted and fixed the dash board dial light, now they actually glow
for my bumpers i think im going to go for top black and bottm white. also i painted the bottom side white from black and it looks neater. All the rust from drivers side has gone and i just have above the passenger door lock to get rid of! I have my Jamex Lowering kit coming very soon (i think next week - not sure on that one) so its all coming together!
Can i see some peoples uno ICE installs

dilema:
I neeed to decide how to paint bumpers.
they aren't the best condition looks wise, so i want them to be painted either colour coded or half white and half black

50:50 for the Uno, definately the best combination IMO.

got my Jamex lowering springs in the rear fitted today, need to fit front next weekend!

Cool got any pictures? the rears are really easy, if I recall undo a couple of bolts, drop rear arm being careful to provide support so as not to screw your brakes, pull out old sprinsg and fit new ones.

pretty much, i may need some spring compressors for the fronts. Need to have a look at that this weeken. I also ordered my ISO wiring harness last night for a fraqction of the price in halfords. I need some new speakers and do i have to have an amp wired to the sub?

if you're doing the front springs you will need spring compressors no ifs or buts.

Shame about the lack of posts here...I'm enjoying reading up on how things are going with the project gav, from your sig pic it looks like its all coming together rather nicely be good to get more pics up though, get a better idea of how its all looking

Yeah my camera is lets just put it , ****e. The only good ones i can get hold of is my mum's and shes tight.
Will get some pics up this wknd hopefully. No rust rear (hopefully front) lowered, Head Unit and my carpeted boot :P

got a Mutant MT200 4 channel amp for te car along wit some nice 250w 6x9s in the parcel shelf now.

worked on the uno today, fitted my front springs now, began some more smoothing. Tommorow i plan on welding up the door locks and body filling the doors, and boots and ex-rusty spots that i've sorted.
Need an amp wiring kit for my amp and then i need to begin on painting the bumpers or thinking of it, i have some recaro seats to go in soon. Problem is i still need to find the time to fit my waterpump and my Head Unit flashing light has made me car battery flat over the past 2 weeks. so i now i may have to wire power switch to HU or disconnect the ISO connection or battery.

I got out locks and welded up holes and filled them. Still needs some work.
