Smile A curious and non-technical find (loosely FIAT-related!)

I'm sure some of you have seen those FIAT Strada adverts (as for me, not at the time, but I have seen them on the 'net since). And perhaps you've seen pictures of the FIAT factory at the time they produced the Uno.

In which case, you might get a smile out of this (I did):

A veritable orgy of parts there... I think the 'Ideas Books' were generally for dreaming about having so many parts to build with!

Cheers,
-Alex

Lego Technic rules! Almost as much as Meccano

Thought I'd take a look around -- ok so it's not an Uno, but it's pretty damn fancy:

People, staff meeting has been cancelled. You all have one goal today: to get Vincent Chase’s brother, Johnny Chase, a job. Any job! I don’t care if it’s a porn shoot in which he is being gang raped by a gaggle of silverback apes, if there are cameras rolling, everybody wins. 10 grand for anyone that can deliver this to me, today.

Incidentally, if the link doesn't work, click the '8889-1' link just above where the picture should be, then click 'Page 4'.

I think Peeron have some sort of non-linking code on their website. Also, after you've browsed a certain number of pics, it tends to make all pictures 'dead' for a while. Registering and logging in solves the problem for another couple of hours (don't ask how I know this... )
