I Think it’s a common colour for the Uno 1.0 IE start (yer another Turbo re-shell LOL). I’m really after a white one I can just bolt on

Dunk – I’m now insured, and have AA option 200 LOL. Just got back from my first drive . Hoooow rapid . Don’t know if it’s a good idea to call over till I’ve sorted the below stuff.

Beau – It’s a re-shell with all the Turbo trimmings (plus more ) LOL

Chris – you’ll have to call round and check them out soon . I think 3 is too many.

Andy – cheers for the direction in my hour of need. Shame it mostly went out of the window (except the haggling bet ).

Road test wasn’t good. Something scrapes when I have full lock on. There was also a clip it hold the n/s/f flexi hose to the strut missing.

I called in at charley browns for an inspection. They don’t do the clips, and they say that it’s the front pads catching, as they are nearly worn out. Nice to see my car on the ramps and get a second opinion . They gave me an OK price for the exhaust, but also advised about shopping around for a stainless steal .

I called into a scrap yard and got a clip. Its just been cleaned up and fitted, so all looks good.

Tomorrow I’ll do the pads and change the oil . Might look into adjusting the Spax too .

Chav tastic But nice (apart from bonnet) looking car. I wouldn't worry about the flexi - pipe clip i just used zip ties and this works fine for me.

I spend the day going very sideways on an old RAF airfield (where they were speed testing tanks !) Sh*gged out the yet another set of tyres, but totally worht it

Cheers for the tip SuperUno . I fitted the clip earlier Peace of mind for £1.

This Uno Turbo feels much slower than my MK2 1.0 when going at the same speed .
