Ummm... Pinin... that means you don't actually have an 'Uno Turbo NOT on the road'...
The idea was to see if there were more than three of us!

Anyway don't lose heart Dunc, mine's been sitting for almost a year now and I'm sure, at your rate of progress to date, you can get yours finished in another couple of months - maybe you just need a break from it for a week or two?

Firstly let me introduce myself being as this is my first post here.

My name is Ben I'm 26 and live in Peterborough.

I currently have a Mk1 on my driveway. It is actually my friends car but lets just say it has been doing the rounds for the last year on various driveways and garages. It's a G plate that was white but has had a £1000 respray in black including the bumpers mirrors the lot. It's got a brand new set of 15" OZ Super T's. We have just stripped down the engine and had the head skimmed put it all back together and the old immobiliser was screwed. Just had a nice new Cobra one fitted and it turned over but it appears we have a crack in the thermostat housing. This was discovered last night.

He's had the car for nearly a year and so far the bill has come to just over £5K but having said that there is £400 worth of bloody dynamatting in the thing. He's aiming for it to look like a pretty standard Uno Turbo so no body kit's here boys.

I've got some photos of it in it's various stages so if I get a chance tonight I will post some up here.

8. Louie Bee – White MK 2. Coolant loss from pipe near turbo (Not L shape one). Appears to have been rubbing on exhaust. Just a passing phase .
