Angry UNO Carburetor

Hi,

I am Deepak from New Delhi,India. I own a FIAT Uno (details below)
I am facing frequent problems pertaining to carburetor tuning...after 40-45 days it starts missings.

any suggestions to keep it running properly.


- UNO-Petrol, Model-1998, Weber carburettor.

i think this thread would be better in the uno-tech section, where a quick look would reveal plenty of carb related enqs that have been asked and answered

Hi Deepak – welcome to the forum ,

What do you do every 40 – 45 days to start fix the problem?

Could the timing be drifting? What are the air and fuel filters like?

PS which engine do you have – is it the 999CC?

Just take it to FIAT service centre, they clean the jets and few adjustments and its starts normal.

Fit a petrol filter in the line to the fuel pump.
