spark plugs always wet smell like petrol some times oil. What could be the problem maybe cylinder head? Please help in this regard

If they smell like oil, I'm gonna guess it's your piston rings. Do you get bluey/white smoke coming out of your exhaust?

Told them that the other day..,

need more info really !,

could be worn bore with plug OIL fouling ,or just a misfire ( petrol),
