(G) Rear wiper size

Hi,
I need to replace my torn rear wiper, I think my current one is too big and I wanted to know what is the recommended/original size,

Sorry to say this, but between the four Unos I have owned the width seems to vary. Your best bet is to unclip the blade carrier from the arm and take it into the shop with you. You might decide to replace the blade and carrier.

You can also just chance it with a generic blade refill. With my two current Unos, the blade backing has two small notches cut (one on each side) at one end. The plastic carrier covers the ends of the blade. I was patient and careful with the craft knife, but it was pretty easy to get the generic refill to fit.

Ah, just realised (when I re-read your post) that perhaps you were simply asking what length the blade and carrier should be? The length of the blade (on my Mk1 Uno 60) is 311mm (12.25 inches). I think Mk2 Unos have a shorter blade (and the carrier has a special plastic shell).

Hello there mate for the uno Mk II the size is 330 or 13'' or if you buy it from halfords is W11. I just replaced mine yesterday!!!

y dont u go into the shop tell them wot car it is and year n they have a little magic book that tells them wot size that is supposed to go onto the car job done.

Bought 13" which was as i thought smaller than my current one, and btw they didn't have the rear wiper size in the little magic book only the front one which is why I asked this :-)
