Yes it is possible. But you would need to transfer EVERYTHING from a turbo Uno into your shell. That includes the engine, gearbox, suspension, brakes, wiring looms, ECU's, cooling system, dashboard etc. etc. etc.

There's a lot more to a turbo conversion than just changing the engine. Your best bet is to find a rotten shell Uno Turbo with good running gear and swap the whole lot over into yours. Trying to buy the bits individually off places like Ebay would cost a fortune and is not advised - it would be cheaper to buy a decent Uno Turbo in the first place.

Welcome to the forum and nice looking mk1 you have by the way (y)

Thanks a lot dudes, in fact i'm from mauritius, it's an island in the indian ocean, it would be difficult for me to find an Uno turbo for parts, there's only 1 uno turbo in Mauritius lol, i think i must come to europe and buy all the parts LOL ;) But i will need to collect some cash as it would certainly cost a bit  :D

But i've done some tuning with my actual engine lol i've put a sport air filter and there's a turbonator " small turbine" in it :) . The response is better and the car does 145km/h flatout lol

There's a lot of subaru's and Evos here, that's why i wanted the Uno turbo engine to shut their mouths lol :worship:
In fact the fiat uno is my mums car, i own a Renalut Clio1.2 16v and my dad owns a Peugeot 206 1.4, but i prefer the Fiat as it is like if it was alive, i guess it's the italien soul lol(y)
