UnoCento,,, I see it is from Cape Town,,, have you heard from the Club/Forum Abarth Uno Turbo Club?? or go here http://forum.abarthclub.org.za/,,, give the details of the car and I you might have the model details,,, This is when you open the bonnet, you will find a small plack on the cradle that will give you details of:

002 0000000
BLACK or GRAY or otherwise
CHARCOAL PEARL

If you have that, maybe some details and the history might be available of the car

I would say around R18 000 for the cento... I had one.. they crash pretty well though


Centos are not really in demand, the 1000cc engine is a real slouch, the 1100 engine is a whole lot better and so is the gearbox.

good luck.. i had 2 Uno turbos. one making 200kw.. and i would never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever buy one again..
Spares are insanely expensive, breaks gearboxes like it goes out of fashion.. snapped my box in three. I also cracked my 1st Ut's block on three places.

Ja,,, BUT,,, you drove like a hooligan!!!! Yes parts are expensive in SA but if you look after it,,, then it won't be SO EXPENSIVE,,, right???

actually drove it pretty decently. The diff and the spider gears wear pretty quickly with high power.

yes you can solve it with an LSD, but the you might snap the flywheel and clutch.. ask boost-wp .. i was with him when it happend..

1.8bar and only one tire spinning when there should be two? thats when something went bang

too many mods,,, too many thing to go wrong,,, same as a friend of mine that you might know here in GP,,, so many things done but the car stands almost every 2nd day or even a couple of months
