looks mint, what driveshafts do you have to use with that engine?

hi...thanks :)

... you can use the stoch driveshafts if you like... you can also use croma..delta..alfa.. i think even some saab and audi have the same splines..

but the lengtht of all driveshafts is wrong... you have to shorten them

Great pics and great work, cerveza! (y)

That engine looks nicely-fitted to that engine bay - and I think I see a clutch slave cylinder on the gearbox, so I presume you've used the Croma gearbox (the one with the oil-level dipstick on the differential casing?)

Could you perhaps also tell us please which wheel hubs and CV joints you've used (do Uno Turbo hubs suit the Croma driveshafts?)

It's just that we tend to get people asking questions about fitting a twin-cam engine to the Uno - e.g. the current thread https://www.fiatforum.com/uno/164991-1-6-uno.html?p=1766525

Thanks!

Hi Alex... :)

sorry for my late post... very mouch to do latley...and i takes me some time to write in english beacause my spelling suchs ha ha

i use the croma gearbox...but threw the hydralic clutch aside and used the wire system from the uno and mounted a new home built mounting for the wire...

i use standard uno turbo hubs and cv joints... but im gona uppgrade to croma joints and hubs... the croma shafts fits directly , they are the same as uno... but if you like somthing stonger and thicker you can use the lancia delta hpe shafts... same splines as the uno but much stonger..

u can use one standard length shaft the other one you have to shorten a couple of cm....if u use the uno shafts... i never really meassured the croma shafts ,,,eather way u can shorten them to the right lenght without any problems...

i can take some pictures and show you how i did it ...if your intressted?

if you have any questions... don`t be affraid to ask (y)

btw you can use the standard uno ecu and cables if you don`t want to run a aftermarket ecu like DTA ..haltech...emerald or something else

found some old pictures of my hardcore 1301cc engien that i would like to share with you guys

this engien was built for high rpm and lots of boost... :slayer:

i was planing to dyno it to over 400hp

a couple of pic from the day i dynoed it to 370hp and 434nm of torq WITH STANDARD ECU :slayer:

What bumper is squeezed on the front? lol
and woahhh looks at the size of the fmic up topp :O

hi :)

its a opel kadett 16v gsi bumper... had to fit it beacuse there was no room for the turbo and intercooler in the front with standard bumper... but soon that will be solved (y)

wonder what the standard pistons think about 3kg (44psi) of boost ? :yum:
