piston rings gone

i have a mrk 1 turbo and the piston rings are fuked so it needs a rebore ,forge pistons im getting ,but i would like a set to make it a 1.6 ,would a tipo block work with uno crank ,rods oil pump etc with some forge piston ,or what other block would work
