Photo of Mk1 Uno 45 999c Engine Bay Needed Urgently

Anybody got a good pic of a Mk1 Uno 999cc engine bay? Its a carb engine. I took the heater pipes off months ago and I can remember which way they go back on.

Did you see my thread at http://www.fiatforum.com/uno/145226-...uno-45-a.html?

There is a plastic piece that connects the two hoses together (I don't know how the heater works as well as it does, considering that it's being bypassed) - the fitting on the side has the long hose to the radiator bottom hose, and the fitting on the bottom has the hose to the inlet manifold. Here's my mk1 45S engine bay though Alex's pic should show you what you need.

Yours has a simple and sensible modification where the bypass has been removed. There is also another variation where there is a plastic air bleed tap in the fitting.

A deep 12mm socket, which has no other use on an Uno, can be used to join heater hoses together We discovered this when we bought an Uno where that black plastic elbow-doohickey was broken.

Cheers thats perfect. Didn't want to plumb it in wrong and break it. Have a pic of my Mk1 for your troubles.

Before

Put my wheels on but.....

...I didn't like the 4x4 look, so some Turbo front shocks, then -40mm springs all round with 2 coils off the front, and 1 off the back and we're sittin pretty.

I'm also trying to find a N/S headlight if anybody has one.
