1.0 ie start what petrol tank

Hi i just wonderd if anybody could help. My mate has a m reg uno 1.0ie start and it needs a new fuel tank as it has gone around the seam. he isnt very technicaly minded and doesnt have a clue what the tank looks like.his best description was it has a thing going in the thing and it looks like it has a overflow pipe hangin down.which i think is probably a breather(could be wrong) as i cant get up to have a look Does anybody have any idea which tank this car will have on or any good places online to buy one as he said he wants a new one not one from a scrappy. The site i was on had 3 variants of tank
* fuel tank injection 3 pipes
* " " " no pipes
* " " " with valve hole
Any help will be apreciated and save me about £5 in petrol going to have a look at the bloody thing

Hi Fella,

For the 1.0 IE (SPI) Uno, the fule flow and return pipes exit through the large hole in the top via the in tank electric fuel pump.

I think it's the tank with just the large fuel inlet you need.

Can't remember if i saw the vent hole behind the thak hole as I removed the Uno Turbo's tank the same week. may be further back

Thanx for the info. i went and had a look at it today after work. i know more or less what tank it needs but couldnt see if it has a breather valve or not so still no further along with geting it sorted. The haynes manual is useless as the tank on the car doesnt match any of the ones in the book the way the pipes run to the top of the filler pipe. it has the filler pipe then a smaller pipe these are shown in the book but then it has a blue pipe running from the front of the car to just nere the filler hole then it has another blue pipe running from nere the filler hole and stops just beside the tank in to open air.
any ideas if the tank will have the valve in or not if it has this breather pipe comeing from the filler itself.
this uno is starting to become a pain i just replaced the head gasket a month ago for him because he was going to scrap it hopefully after this tank is sorted out he wont have any more problems for a while but it is a fiat so i wont hold my breath
