Aftermarket rear lights??

A few of the uno t's i've owned in the past had clear tops & red bottom section on the rear lights.Does anyone know where i can buy these or are they no longer available.I see a set of these on Ebay in Germany & asked the seller a question about them,he replied that they were standard & all he had done was to bleach the top section.Has anyone tried this??

That's a really interesting idea. I shall mix up a 25% bleach solution and try that, with just the top part dunked in. I've bleached LEGO before so I can believe that the coloured lens would lose its colour as well. I'll keep you posted (well, as posted as it will be considering I only get here once a week or so and even less often out to my garage).

LOL!
That would be a good reason but no, I've been working hard in new work capacities to earn a living. It was pretty much when I gave up the 8:30-6:00 job three days a week to concentrate on a few contract jobs here and there, well, that was pretty much the beginning of the end of my free time.

I shall try to pop in a couple of times a week, and your idea's a good one as well, might try that in the new year, except then, I might never be back
