Goodbye to the Ulysse

Well after 2 years it's time to say goodbye to the Uly. Loads of problems with the screen and other various electics (typical Fiat), but apart from that it's run perfectly. On Wednesday i am picking up the new car. It's a Croma Prestigio 150 auto. Can't wait! Hi to any other Croma owners (not that theres many!).

Re: Goodbye to the Ulysse

I'm one of the Croma owners, 150 BHP Eleganza manual. There are a few others on the Forum, just put Croma into the search and you'll see there are a few threads how going about them.

It's a lovely car, I've only had it 3 weeks so no major reliability issues, a couple of minor niggles though.

What I do like is that they're a rare sight, most people don't know what they are or mistake them for a more expensive brand.

I find it very comfortable plus the engines are very powerful, so hope you enjoy it!

Re: Goodbye to the Ulysse

Hi I got rid of mine just before Christmas and was sad to see it go as it really was a good car but the fiat customer service was so bad I brought a ford s-max instead and upto now it has been fantastic would never touch a fiat again just to many electrical problems and there dealers are crap.

Re: Goodbye to the Ulysse

I would like to point out that NOT all their dealers are crap.

And if you think Ford dealerships are far better, then good luck to you

Re: Goodbye to the Ulysse

We use Rockingham Cars (Fiat main dealer) in Rushden, Northants and previously have used Motorvogue (Fiat main dealer) in Northampton without any probs. Infact the Ulysee has just been in for its first service (18k) and I checked Rockinghams price with local independant garage that we have used in past, and Fiat came up £20 cheeper than independant!!!!

Think it is unfair to tarnish all of Fiat because of a small handful of dealers, think if a survey was to be done of all Ford owners, Vauxhall owner, Fiat owners etc that results of dealer satisfaction would be fairly compatable, most people can provide a horror story of some kind regarding a main dealer!!
