| rear brake light the bulb does not seem to sit properly in the rear brake light cluster it seems loose , due to this it is tempermental weather it works properly or not, no connections seem to broken, any advice please fiat ulysse 1996 2.0e

 | Re: rear brake light Well it's either the bulb or the holder. I'd try swopping the left and right bulbs over. If tghe fault moves to the otehr light then replace the bulb. If it persists with the same lamp you need a new bulb holder.

| suck--squeeze--bang--blow  | Re: rear brake light Make sure you are putting lamp in right as the lugs on the lamp are at different levels so they only go in one way (there is two different elements inside the lamp) If put it in wrong the lamp will could be loose or you find that one tail light is brighter than the other. Been there!

| Re: rear brake light Nice one Donald, thats exactly what it was, I was pushing bulb to far in and was not in lug properly
