Internal Panel Removal

I want to remove the long panel behind the front passenger seat which contains the seat belt mechanism.Apart from removing the one torx screw half way down and the top belt fixture how do you free it off? I hesitate to start levering it in case something snaps and I cant refit.
Any help please?
