How to remove a CD?

Sorry its been a while since last post - but that's the joy of having no problems + 4th child has arrived, so its proving a top car!

But... CD has been stuck for some weeks - when I press eject it whirrs away but nothing comes out. I tried the tip on the Eurovan site (Credit card in the slot, and even poked around with some wire - it wasn't a great CD!) and then got the local Fiat garage to have a look, and they sent it to their local repairer who wouldn't open it up, sayng it was too complicated! So, a bit stuck. Someone on the Eurovan site took the whole thing apart, but since I find changing plugs a bit of a challenge this may be beyond me. Any ideas?!
