Mud flaps

Hi,

Does anybody have mud flaps fitted to their new Ulysse. I am not keen on washing cars and most of the dirt seems to be sprayed up by the wheels.

Nope, no flaps - mine doesn't seem to get too dirty apart from the wheels which go black.

Hi,

No mud flaps on mine either; are they an option even. Couldn't spot them in the Fiat Breo book.

Hi,
If you fit an aftermarket mud flap make sure that it cannot be bent back to touch the tyre or you'll rip things out when reversing over kerbs/obstacles, etc.

Dave.

So much to do, so little time.... and Totally Skint!! :(

Hi,

I didn't see them as an option either, but I know the 807 has them in the options book.

I will have to ask the main dealer.

Hi,

Thanks for that, just spoke to dealer and they are ordering them in at £8.21 a set.

Pretty cheap.

Thanks all - will also have a word with my dealer and get a set - looking at the state of the bottom of the car today, it certainly needs them! :-)

Hi,

Just got a message from the dealer, apparently the mud flaps have been discontinued. They are looking at alternatives and will get back to me. No doubt these will be a lot more exepensive as the others were cheap.

Regards,

Poggy

Exactly - I had mentioned about spending £8.21 per set to the missus, and she said 'how sad' [V]

So, alternatives? Will dealer get back to you for one!

Hi,

Apparently the alternative is to buy a car cleaning kit as there are no mud flaps for the Ulysse now.
