Good dealer

Hi,

I e-mailed the garage today to see if they had got the new switch for my heated drivers seat. I was amazed when about 30 minutes later I got a mail saying that the switch had arrived but they were waiting for a new seat trim. He said that some have broken while trying to get the old switch out and they didn't want to inconvenience me so they ordered a spare just in case.

This shows they know what they are doing and that they are putting in the extra effort to fix the car properly. They also did an amazing job of fixing the sunroof trim. I really didn't expect it to be done well, but it is.

The garage was AHF in Sarisbury Green. After all the complaints about dealers, they seem to know what they are doing. The other dealer I used has now stopped doing Fiat & Alfa as Peugeout wouldn't allow them to have both marques at the same garage. They used to do all three. Does this mean Peugeot are worried by Fiat.

Poggy

Trouble is (for Peugeot) that Fiat sell the same basic car cheaper than Peugeot - if the same dealer did both makes, they probably upset Peugeot by having to get 'creative' on price too often when a Peugeot customer demanded they match the Fiat price! :D
