Aux Belt Idler Bearing

Hello

I have a 2000 model Ulysee 2.0 JTD S. The idler pulley (thinks its the bottom one) on the aux belt has just about had it. Is it a simple enough job to replace? Can you just slacken off the alternator, remove idler pulley and replace, or does the idler pulley have adjustment too?

Cheers
