help with telephone required

I put my phone to divert to a mailbox number but now I can not get it to cancel.

I have tried taking out the number and also tried putting in the actual phone number but it just says "operation failed".

I can not find a menu anywhere to deactivate the divert, does anyone know how to do this?

Re: help with telephone required

There is no option to undivert in the software which is annoying. I have used the normal BT code of #21# which seemed to work.

Re: help with telephone required

I think you press and hold the Red phone button in for about two seconds and this toggles between divert\undivert. I will double-check next time I am in the car.

Re: help with telephone required

Thanks for the replies, I never thought of ringing T-Mobile!! , they sorted it out straight away.

The functionality of the software in this area is very limited, all you can do is divert all calls. No divert if busy or switched off and most dissapointing of all no deactivate!

I understand there is a new test version of the software available, does this address these problems? if not, is there an email addres where suggestions for future improvements could be sent to?

Re: help with telephone required

On a similar note a notice my phone display (in the car)
Shows an envelope presumably for a voicemail message waiting.
But can't see anyway of getting it or clearing the display?

An envelope? Maybe that is for a text message?

Re: help with telephone required

It on Virgin but will have to dig around for the voicemail number as it's just a button press on my phone. May just ring Virgin and ask them or move the Sim card to a hand phone and get it that way.

Re: help with telephone required

This is very interesting! Some of my very early posts were to do with Voicemail notification, or rather the lack of it. The conclusion was that the RT3 did not support notification on the screen (Monochrome One). I am also with Virgin and have never had a notification when a voicemail has been left.

Re: help with telephone required

I got a Virgin SIM card in ours as well - but never had a voicemail left on it, so can't help.

Re: help with telephone required

I tried putting my Virgin sim card from my phone into the card and got the same message on the car display.
Swopped back.
Tried dialing the VM number but it was blocked (so the voice said)
So tried clearing all the SMS and calls list and that cleared the message flag.
So must have a SMS waiting to read. But non showed as unread.
Wierd but never mind.
