Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: (0) | Problem returns The problem which I thought i'd solved by fitting a new I.C valve has returned The car now loses revs and climbs again just as before except its not dropping down to 500rpm. Its revving between 700-1100rpm not all the time but intermittently. Good news is that I have found a local garage that does engine diagnostic checks for £30 inc vat, so when I get time i'll probably get it to him to test. After paying £165 for the I.C valve dont really want to be spending loads more to try to rectify this same problem. Nathan | ||

| suck--squeeze--bang--blow | Re: Problem returns Sorry to here that Mine has been going well since replacing value.*touches wood* The Fiat dealer had my car on test before I replaced the valve and was told there was a faulty MAP sensor which they replaced but the problem came back. Not sure myself if it was faulty or not. That was the only fault they said they could find using engine diagnostic's. I take it is not stalling? good luck!
