Hi and welcome to the forum.
Sorry I can't help you but someone more useful could come along soon! I have received good advice on this forum as there are a few "folk out there who know their stuff " as they say. Please keep us informed how you are getting on.
All the best.
donald

PS seems simple but have you checked all your fuses? and then I would guess next to try the connections in the engine bay?

Re: need a little help( speedo )

I have just seen from a previous post at bottom of Ulysse section someone else with the same problem, and it was mention it could be worth disconnecting the battery to reset the electronic systems. I have disconnected the ECU a few times to good effect but have never had your problem.

Re: need a little help( speedo )

'98 ulysee is that the newer shape? If so there will probably be a procedure to follow when you disconnect and reconnect the battery to stop the alarm from being spiked (excessm voltage being forced through the alarm ECU) and imobalising the vehicle. Also its worth cleaning the battery terminals with some emery cloth to ensure a propper connection. Check out the procedure in the users manual.

Hi we used to have a ulysse and had same problem there is a sensor by the gearbox which could be faulty, on our ulysse the speedo head was faulty, we used a company called autotex phone number 01202740025 to fix speedo head cost £250.00 but this was about 2 years ago had to dismantle speedo easy job and post, car was back on the road within a week.
