Hi All,
Please can any one help as my connect joystick has stopped working I have changed it but it is still the same has any body had the same problem as I don't no what to do it works fine using the controls on the head unit.

Plug it into Lexia and see if it has been disabled. Other than that check the quad lock on the back of the radio to make sure it is pushed in all the way and the clamp locked down.

I have looked at the back of the RT3 radio and all the plugs are connected but still the connect still does not work and that is all that is not working is there a fuse that works all the connect and I can't see how it has been switched off I was wondering whether a fuse has gone as my front sunroof has a leak and water drops onto the buttons I've also tried another joystick also the speech system does not work on the button

the best thing to do is to test another RT3 unit in the car, I have several if you are anywhere near Lincolnshire.

It's not forced to be your front sunroof that leaked as the water makes its way from the rear to the front console whilst driving (especially when cornering), the only way to stop them leaking is to reseal them where they meet the roof but this means removing the headlining and popping them out.

Funnily enough on mine too the voice system has stopped working, I also had badly leaking sunroofs last year.

Please can you explain how to use lexia to get into my ulysse as I've played around trying to get to the connect settings but not found out any think help would be great?

It's either in the bsi or telematics configuration.
