At what sort of revs per minute should the 2.2 JTD turbo start to kick in? Ours seems to do very little until about 2,000 rpm, then there's some serious shove! (It is of course re-mapped.) It's very unlike my brothers VW Sharan, which has a lot of torque from around 1500 rpm...
