Ulysse 2004 satnav problem map not showing only arrow

Hi folks, I'm having problems with my built in sat nav 2.0 54 plate Ulysse I have the disc its the original 2004 disc when I put it in just the arrow works but the map doesn't , do I need an update if so where can I download from or where can I get a disc from, all the best john

I have just got the 2014 maps for Europe and GB. I'm doing them for £14.99 with the update disk.
