Ulysse warning lights

Hi,
I hope someone in the forum can help with this , I have a 96 turbo diesel ulysse. when I hit 2000 rpm my engine oil and temp. warning light and stop light come on above or below 2000 rpm all is ok .
I was wondering has anyone had this problem before . I have replaced my oil pressure switch which made no difference

there is also a gauge below my rev counter which starts to climb at 2000 rpm as well as the above lights coming on ,Can anyone tell me what this gauge is for as I did not get a manual with my car

Don't know for sure if the diesel version is the same as the petrol but the gauge indicates the oil level when you turn the ignition on. Then drops back when the engine starts.
